Looks like Powdery yellow, red, orange or brown pustules on the underside of leaves that will yellow and drop. The fungal spores are spread by water and wind.

Affects Ornamentals such as geraniums, azaleas, frangipanis and roses, stonefruit trees and vegetables such as beans, beetroot, silverbeet and spinach.
