FRUIT SALAD ICE POPS

MAKES 12 PREP: 20 MINS

1 mango (425g)
1 cup drained pineapple pieces in syrup (200g)
250g punnet strawberries
125g punnet blueberries
2 x 85g packets mango-flavoured jelly crystals

1 Cut cheeks away from mango on either side of the stone. Peel mango and cut into slices.

2 Combine mango, pineapple pieces, hulled and sliced strawberries and blueberries in a large bowl. Divide fruit evenly among 12 ice-pop moulds (100ml capacity).

3 Dissolve jelly crystals in 1½ cups of boiling water in a medium heatproof jug. Stir in 1 cup of cold water.

Pour jelly mixture over
