A gourmet New Year’s Eve menu

MEATY MAINS

Nacho Angus Burger

200g Angus beef patty (or any patty of your choice)
1 lettuce leaf
2 slices of tomato
1 slice of red onion, to garnish the bun nacho chips sour cream
2 tsp store-bought salsa
2 slices of Cheddar cheese

Add the sour cream, lettuce, tomato and red onion to the bottom bun.

In a pan or grill, cook the burger. Add the Cheddar cheese, nacho chips and tomato salsa.

Allow the cheese to melt for about two minutes. Set it on top of the bun, and garnish. Drizzle sour cream over the nacho salsa. Serve.
