“I’ve had a ’34 sedan and a ’34 roadster, so I thought it was about time I had a coupe,” says a smiling Wullie Boyd. “Actually, I’ve recently bought back my old roadster and, though I did buy this one to keep, when I finished it and had the two of them sitting there, I just felt it was too much money to have tied up in these sorts of cars these days.
“Besides, I’ve a ’40 Ford pick-up to work on now. I’ll need something to keep me busy over the winter. You’ve got to keep it realistic, y’know.”
