Black Forest Rum Balls
Makes 15, Prep: 40 mins
100g dark chocolate, chopped
10 Choc Ripple biscuits (100g)
1 cup chocolate cake crumbs (165g)
2 tblsps dark rum
15 red glacé cherries
250g Dark Choc Melts
White, chocolate and candy cane sprinkles, for decorating
1 Place dark chocolate in a medium heatproof bowl sitting over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir until melted. Remove. Cool.
2 Process biscuits in a food processor until finely crushed. Stir into cake crumbs and rum in a large bowl. Add melted chocolate. Stir until combined.
One at a time, roll 1 tblsp of mixture into a ball.
