    Listening to the pages of a hardback book crunching, my eyes were glued to the computer screen.

    Captivated as the video played, I watched the woman slowly and gracefully sliding her hands across the rough yellow-tinged paper.

    I was instantly relaxed.

    As the 20-minute video drew to a close, I turned to my hubby, Warren, whose eyes were fixated on his own video.

    ‘Wow!’ he exhaled.
