3 Tbs Olive oil blend2 White onions, finely chopped2 Red peppers, cleaned and finely3 cloves Garlic, cleaned and thinly sliced2 Tbs Paprika100g Tomato paste4 Tbs Red wine2 Red chillies, thinly sliced3 cups Arborio rice4.5 cups Fish stock450g Hake, cut into 3cm thick strips450g Prawns, cleaned4 Tbs Double thick yoghurt20g Fresh basil2 tsp Sea salt1/4 tsp Freshly cracked black pepper
