Red Velvet Cranberry Cake
MAKES AN 18CM CAKE
INGREDIENTS
250g butter, softened, plus a little extra for the tin
200g raw sugar
1 pinch sea salt
6 eggs
1 tsp ground vanilla
1½ tbsp red food colouring
31/3 cups (500g) spelt flour
4 tsp baking powder
150ml milk
50ml cranberry juice (or use milk)
