1 large head broccoli with stems, coarsely chopped
3 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
1 Lebanese cucumber, peeled, finely chopped
3 spring onions, finely chopped
1 cup loosely packed fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves, finely chopped
1½ cups loosely packed fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
4 x 200g skinless firm white fish fillets, halved
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/3 cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds) 1 small lime, cut into cheeks

DRESSING

Pinch ground allspice
Pinch ground cinnamon
¼ cup fresh lime juice
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
