Chipotle mayo sweetcorn with veg burgers

Ingredients
* 400g pack sweet potato and quinoa burgers * 4 wholemeal or granary rolls, sliced open * 4 cobs of corn, any husk or string removed * 1 tsp sunflower oil * 2 limes, zest and juice * 3 tbsp mayonnaise * 2 tsp chipotle paste * 200g red cabbage, finely shredded * 2 spring onions, finely sliced * 60g feta cheese, crumbled * 2 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
