MATERIALS
• 20 x 25cm (8 x 10in) white wool felt
• 15 x 25cm (6 x 10in) light grey wool felt
• One wooden doll peg and stand - 11.5cm (4 1/2in) tall
• DMC stranded embroidery cotton in Blanc (white) and Pearl Grey (415)
• DMC Mouline Etoile embroidery thread in silver (C415)
• 40cm (16in) ivory ricrac — Carolyn used hand-dyed vanilla cotton ricrac from Lady Dot Creates
• 50cm (20in) pale grey rayon ribbon, 10mm ( 3/8in) wide
• Two 8mm ( 5/16in) natural wooden beads (hands)
• 25cm (10in) silver cord, 2mm ( 1/16in) diameter (hanging loop)
• One 6mm ( 1/4in) and one 11mm ( 3/8in) off-white heart-shaped button — Carolyn used buttons from a packet of Sprinkles hand-dyed micro-mini buttons in champagne
• Two white cotton chenille sticks/pipe cleaners, 15cm (6in) long
• 5m (5 1/2yd) off-white 8-ply knitting wool
• Embroidery needle
• Fibre fill
• 10cm (4in) square of non-woven heavyweight/ultra-firm stiffener — Carolyn used Pellon Peltex 70
• Fine permanent-marking pens in black, white and red (face)
• Fabric tacky glue that dries clear — Carolyn used Helmar 450 quick dry adhesive
• Wash-away stabiliser or freezer paper — Carolyn used Sulky Stick ‘n Stitch Self-Adhesive
