MATERIALS

• Fat quarters or large scraps of eight solid fabrics in warm colours. Jody used light yellow, medium yellow, peach, light pink, dark pink, red, magenta and red-purple• Fat quarters or large scraps of eight solid fabrics in cool colours. Jody used medium blue, medium purple, medium teal, aquamarine, dark teal, dark green, medium green and light green• 2.7m (3yd) mottled cream print fabric• 60cm ( 3/4yd) yellow print fabric (binding)• 2m (2 3/8yd) backing fabric• Batting at least 150cm (59in) square• Template plastic and permanent-marking pen OR AccuQuilt GO! cutting machine and Morning Star 12in die (AQ55556)• Rotary cutter, ruler and mat• Sewing machine with 1/4in foot• General sewing supplies
