VAN HALEN’S 2015 tour, which started on July 5 in Auburn, Washington, and ended October 4 at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles has now down in history as Edward Van Halen’s final public performances with the band. Ed and his EVH business partner Matt Bruck graciously invited Guitar World to Van Halen’s concert in upstate New York at the Bethel Woods Center for the Arts — the site of the 1969 Woodstock Festival — on September 6, 2015, to give readers an all-access look at the gear that Ed and his son, bassist Wolfgang Van Halen, used on the tour.
