Team Leader Roberto Chillocci looks forward to his night shift at Sherwood Grange Care Home in Kingston-upon-Thames. There, he enjoys caring for and talking to residents after their busy days at the care home’s hair salon and café – there’s even a cinema. “Before Covid we’d go with residents to the theatre, to museums and to concerts. It’s a very active and creative place to be.”
