Crunchy Asian Chicken Salad

350g packet Asian Style Salad Kit (see tip)
2 cups shredded, roasted chicken meat (300g)
1 Lebanese cucumber, thinly sliced
1 red capsicum, cut into thin strips
1 cup fresh coriander leaves
¹/³cup unsalted roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped
