Chatpati Aloo Sabzi, Sattu ki Puri and Kachri Chutney
Aloo Puri is one of the most popular festive meals all across India. This recipe is a healthier version of our beloved meal. Chana sattu is an extremely healthy addition to any meal and so is the chutney. Potatoes are very easy for your body to digest which makes it a great combination with the fried puris.
ALOO SABZI INGREDIENTS
• Boiled Potatoes – 5• Tomato, pureed – 3• Curd – 1/2 cup• Ginger – 2 inch pc• Green Chillies – 2• Methi ki Chutney Mix – 2 tbsp (A mix of fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds, kachri, red chillies, dry mango powder and some more spices)• Fennel Seeds• Dry Mango Powder – 2 tsp• Coriander Powder – 2 tsp• Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp• Red Chilli Powder – 2 tsp• Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp• Coriander Leaves• Ghee – 1 tbsp• Salt – to taste
