Quick & easy spinach & ricotta lasagne

PREP + COOK TIME 50 MINS SERVES 6

500g ricotta
2 garlic cloves, crushed
½ tsp dried chilli flakes
100g feta, crumbled
250g spinach, rinsed, chopped, wrung of excess moisture
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp chopped fresh basil (see tip)
2/3 cup grated Parmesan
Salt and cracked black pepper
700g bottle tomato puree
3 large fresh or 8-12 dried lasagne sheets, depending on the size of dish
1 cup grated mozzarella
