4 x 230g pork cutlets
1 tbsp Shaoxing Chinese cooking wine
1 tsp five-spice powder
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground white pepper
1 tbsp peanut oil
1/3 cup basmati rice
250g white cabbage, finely shredded
300g red cabbage, finely shredded
2 carrots, cut into thin matchsticks
4 red radishes, thinly sliced
80g snow peas, thinly sliced
4 spring onions, thinly sliced diagonally
¼ cup chopped corianderlong red chilli, thinly slicedblack sesame seeds (optional)
