Maple and honey granola

YOU WILL NEED
✔ 2 tbsp sunflower oil ✔ 100ml maple syrup ✔ 3 tbsp clear honey ✔ 1 tsp vanilla extract ✔ 300g rolled oats ✔ 100g mixed seeds ✔ Pinch of salt ✔ Handful chocolate, nuts or fruit (all optional)
