Chocolate and banana bread
Serves 10
This loaf is unbelievably light, moist and tasty! It’s sure to become a favourite.
You will need
✽ 160g plain or spelt flour
✽ 1tbsp cornflour
✽ 50g cocoa powder
✽ 1tsp baking powder
✽ 1tsp bicarbonate of soda
✽ ½tsp salt
✽ 2 large, very ripe bananas
✽ 100ml plant-based milk
✽ 75g coconut oil
✽ 115g sugar
✽ 1tsp vanilla extract
✽ 1tsp apple cider vinegar
✽ Chocolate chips (optional)
