Tasty homemade takeaway menu

Starter: Samosas

Serves 6

These are fantastic snacks, and freeze well before baking.

You will need

400g potatoes
250g cauliflower
125g frozen peas
2tbsp sunflower oil
1 onion, finely chopped
1tsp cumin seeds
2 cloves of garlic, peeled and chopped
5cm fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
½-1 green bird’s eye chilli to taste, finely chopped
½tsp fennel seeds
1tsp garam masala
1tsp ground coriander
½ lemon, juiced
Handful of fresh coriander, finely chopped
1 pack of ready-made filo pastry
3-4tbsp coconut oil, melted
2tbsp nigella seeds

How to do it

1 Peel and chop the potatoes into roughly
