DON’T LET YOUR GUARD DOWN

AS THE days grow longer and warmer and we’re now into level 1 of coronavirus restrictions, it’s easy to feel like the dark days of level 5 are behind us.

For many of us it feels like things are going “back to normal”.

But there are plenty who have reason to fear these new freedoms.

In the moving messages below, YOU readers remind us that the virus hasn’t disappeared and that their lives depend on everyone doing their bit to be safe.

Their plea is simple: continue wearing your mask, wash your hands, maintain social distance – and think of them before you break the rules.
