Teresa Heitmann was elected Mayor of Naples on March 17, when the pandemic was starting to reveal its disruptive path. For Heitmann, who has been involved with the city council since 2008, it’s been anything but politics as usual in Naples, where she has lived for more than 30 years and raised her three chil-dren.
