INGREDIENTS

• 60g/2¼oz cold unsalted butter, diced
• 150g/5oz light brown soft sugar, plus 2 tbsp to sprinkle
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• 150g/5oz ricotta cheese
• 1 egg and 1 egg yolk, beaten together
• ½ tsp baking powder
• 100g/4oz black grapes
• 50g/2oz hazelnuts, roughly chopped
• Double cream or crème fraîche, to serve
