At Cartier, Black Lives Matter. “As a Maison, our creativity is nurtured and inspired by the diverse cultures of the world,” reads a statement from the brand accompanying a black square posted to its Instagram feed on June 2nd. “We find our own richness in this diversity, and we stand firmly against all forms of racism directed toward the Black Community. At this moment we are examining our own company to identify actions we can take that will result in real change. #BlackoutTuesday.”
