L.A.’S 10 BEST VEGAN-FRIENDLY RESTAURANTS

CAFE GRATITUDE

VENICE, LARCHMONT, AND DTLA

Winner!

ince 2003, Café Gratitude has been serving up delicious plant-based menu items with names that encourage self-affirmations. With OG dishes such as the black bean burger titled “I am… Magical” and the Indian curry bowl “I am … Humble,” it’s easy to see why VegOut readers chose Gratitude as the #1 pick for vegan-friendly restaurants—not only does the food taste good, it makes you feel good too. While the menu is almost entirely vegan, a few dishes contain honey. Recent menu additions include “Dedicated,” an on-trend ketogenic bowl featuring marinated oyster mushroom asado, baby bok choy, broccolini, edamame, hemp seed cauliflower rice, avocado and “green goddess” dressing.
