LIGHTNESS & SHADE

Look out of any window or at different times of the day, and you will notice differences in colour, light and shade – sometimes dramatic, sometimes subtle. This month it’s time to get your artist’s palette out and paint a picture with your writing.

Before the group meeting, in preparation for the first exercise, ask your group to take a look out of the nearest window at different times of the day and night. Ask them to note down what they see.
