X150 seat malfunction
Q I have a 2007 Jaguar XK. Adjusting the fore and aft position of the passenger seat loosens an electrical component under the seat, which causes the airbag warning light to illuminate. Investigation has revealed that an electrical socket comes loose, affecting the seatbelt tensioner. This has happened three times, which is tiresome as it involves a visit to the garage to have a diagnostic check and to reset the warning light.
Is there a robust solution to this problem, please?
