After celebrating a milestone birthday at the beginning of this month, former The Only Way is Essex star Ferne McCann has a new outlook on life.

“I feel so much more confident and happier now at 30,” she tells HELLO!. “Confidence really is in the head. Be kind instead of criticising. Great things can happen when you appreciate yourself.”

However, this hasn’t always been the case. After the birth of her daughter Sunday in November 2017, Ferne developed urinary incontinence
