Espresso profiteroles
Serves 8
☐ 150g plain flour
☐ 2 tsp caster sugar
☐ 100g butter, cut into small pieces
☐ 300ml water
☐ 3 x Fairburn’s free-range mixed weight eggs, lightly beaten
☐ 750ml double cream
☐ 1 tbsp espresso coffee, mixed with 1 tbsp hot water
☐ 1 tbsp Kahlua, optional
☐ 200g dark chocolate, broken into pieces ☐
