225g rogan josh sauce 4 lamb steaks 400g tin chickpeas, drained and rinsed 100g watercress, large stalks removed 4 spring onions, thinly sliced 1 tbsp olive oil 2 tsp red wine vinegar 1 tsp cumin seeds, toasted 150g Greek-style natural yoghurt 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
