    YOU WILL NEED

    ■ Jersey: 12cm (4¾in) x waist measurement *see instrcutions

    ■ Elastic: 3cm (1¼in) width x waist measurement *see instructions

    ■ Lining fabric: 1.5mx150cm (1¾ydx55in), satin or cotton

    ■ Polka dot tulle: 2m (2¼yd) *see notes

    ■ Fabric clips

    ■ Basic sewing kit

    NOTES

    ■ Seam allowance is 1cm (3/8in)

    ■ You will need more fabric for a skirt larger than a UK size 16
