1 Over the rainbow

Add a 140mm square of blue card to a 145mm square base. Die cut a cloud border from the top-left corner of a 140mm square of card.Die cut polka dot papers into arches and arrange into a rainbow. Attach to the base with foam pads. Die cut the top edge of a 140x70mm piece of vellum with a cloud border die and add to the base. Stamp the sentiment onto white card and die cut the top edge with a cloud border die. Trim to 140x50mm and add to the base with foam pads.
