1 Snip the top corners from a 65x140mm piece of kraft card to create a tag. 2 Stamp a sentiment and flowers onto a 60x130mm piece of blue paper with black ink. 3 Dab white paint over the flowers with a paintbrush. 4 Wrap ribbon around the panel then attach to the tag. 5 Stamp, colour and fussy cut a bird and add to the tag with foam pads. Add a baker’s twine bow to the ribbon. Punch a hole through the tag and thread with ribbon. Add purple gems, to finish.
