butter 25g, melted

CHOCOLATE SAUCE

double cream 100ml
whole milk 50ml
golden syrup 3 tbsp
cocoa powder 2 tbsp
milk chocolate 75g, broken into chunks

• To make the chocolate sauce, put the cream, milk and golden syrup into a small pan
