We first featured recipes from the brilliant Marksman pub, in London’s East End, in 2015. Founded by Tom Harris (formerly of St John Hotel and Michelin star winner) and Jon Rotheram (ex-Fifteen executive chef), this food-led pub quickly enlisted an army of fans for its polished grub (particularly its braised beef buns, Sunday roasts and sharing pies), craft beers and gorgeously restrained dark woods and bottle-green leather banquettes.
