Looking forward to the future

The cancellation of the Game Fair wasn’t a decision that was taken lightly. With the highest regard for public health and wellbeing of those who make the event happen, it was inevitable the major summer extravaganza had to be abandoned.

Game Fair gundog events co-ordinator Steve Smith wasn't surprised with the outcome, but his disappointment was softened with his sense of practicality. He said:

“As we start organising 12 months in advance we had to put everything on hold until recent confirmation that it wasn’t going ahead. It was disappointing, but the logistics and planning of the big gundog events can be a challenge so we need to focus on next year.”
