ECO-EXERCISE
The fact you’re reading this article, in this magazine, suggests that you place at least some importance on maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle. More people than ever before exercise on a regular basis; the mind, body and soul benefits of keeping fit are indisputable. SUSTAIN AND GAIN
Generally speaking, gyms are much more eco-conscious than they used to be, with large gym groups adopting waste-reduction plans and more efficient, renewable energy and materials solutions. But more could be done to reduce the industry’s environmental impact.
