WINTER FLATHEAD LURING

WITH all of the Covid-19 restrictions over the past few months many of us have spent more time fishing close to home. Where I live, on Queensland’s Gold Coast, flathead fishing is generally quite good in the winter months. In general the fish are smaller than the monsters we catch in spring, but it is a fun way to fish and it is usually pretty easy to get a decent feed of tasty fillets. Over the past few months I’ve tried a few new lures that I was unfamiliar with, mostly after reading posts on line.
