UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN LIVING under a rock for the past few years, you will have definitely seen the rise in popularity of indoor training – one thing we know for sure is it definitely not riding around your house on your bike. I can guarantee you that if you started doing this it’s a one way ticket to being in significant trouble with your other half, ruining your floor and potentially hurting yourself and having to explain your embarrassing situation as to how you broke your arm to an unsympathetic emergency doctor.

The changes in the world due to Corona virus have certainly made indoor training a lot more popular of late, and many riders are starting to embrace it out of necessity to continue riding and keeping some level of riding fitness.
