BEEF AND BEER PIE
Makes: 4 Prep time: 45 mins
Ingredients
6 sheets phyllo pastry
400 g shin meat
2 cups lager beer
3 T canola oil
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3 T flour
2 tsps crushed black pepper
4 cups beef stock
1/2 cup butter, melted
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Heat oil in a large saucepan, and brown meat on all sides. Add onion and garlic, and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Stir in the flour and pepper. Add stock and beer,
