Flourless Chocolate Hazelnut Cake
Serves 10-12, Prep and Cook: 1 hour, 20 mins
200g dark chocolate, chopped
150g unsalted butter, chopped
6 eggs, separated
1 cup caster sugar
1 ¼ cups ground hazelnuts
(150g) Cocoa powder, to decorate Whipped cream, to serve
