A salute to Classic Scooterist magazine

I can't recall the exact conversation I had with Mau Spencer - it was something to do with scooters. Th is was just after the millennium, when some of the first scooter-related websites were beginning to appear. A website for Classic & Modern Scooterist Scene caught my attention, which led to a phone call between its editor, Mau, and me. What I do remember is talking to a keen and enthusiastic southerner who was producing his own independent scooter magazine.
