Charles Frederick Albright was born in Texas in 1933.
When he was 11, his mother enrolled him in a taxidermy course after she caught him killing small animals.
He was popular as a teen, but began breaking the law.
A college friend would later recall Charles cutting out the eyes of his ex-girlfriend from photographs and pasting them around campus.
He went on to marry and have a daughter, while continuing to rack up arrests for theft and forgery.
In 1985, he pleaded guilty to sexually molesting a pre-teen girl.
But soon, his crimes would escalate.
