• 20g instant yeast• 625ml lukewarm water• 125ml honey• 125ml olive oil• 15ml salt• 2 eggs• 5ml ground cinnamon• 150g dark chocolate, chopped• 60ml sultanas• 1kg bread flour, plus 250ml• egg wash• 30ml sesame seeds
