WE SURVIVED ISOLATION

IT’S hard not to despair sometimes– the world as we know it has gone, snuffed out in the seeming blink of an eye by a killer virus.

And for many of us, life has been reduced to four walls, the freedom we once took for granted snatched away.

In the midst of all this madness is a group of people who know only too well what it’s like to be in isolation – a select group who have overcome incarceration, disaster and tragedy or have chosen a career where the fluidity of life doesn’t exist.

As the globe continues to reel, some have come forward to offer advice at this time of crisis.
