Basic mince
SERVES 6 PREP AND COOK
TIME 15 MINUTES
2 slices (90g) white bread
⅓ cup (80ml) milk
1 tablespoon extra virgin
olive oil
1 medium (150g) brown onion, chopped finely
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 medium (120g) carrot, grated finely
1kg minced beef
¼ cup chopped fresh
flat-leaf parsley
1 egg
2 tablespoons tomato paste
