Good people in our world

I have a wonderful story to tell, which restored my faith in humanity. Last year we did a road trip to various places in Namibia. It’s one of our favourite countries and we spent a wonderful week in Etosha. After leaving, just outside Otjiwarongo, my Toyota Fortuner’s brakes failed… Fortunately I was driving slowly. To our relief, the Indongo Toyota dealer was at the first traffic light as we entered town.

They determined the left rear brake hose had sprung a leak, resulting in a loss of brake fluid. They didn’t have a replacement part but managed to get a local engineering shop to make a hose
