    KALE CAESAR SALAD CHICKPEA CROUTONS

    INGREDIENTS

    • 4 eggs
    • 500g kale, trimmed, chopped coarsely
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • ½ tsp sea salt
    • ½ cup shaved parmesan
    • Micro radish leaves, to serve

    • 400g can chickpeas, drained, rinsed
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tsp smoked paprika
    • ¼ cup smoked almonds, chopped
