star Charlie Sheen has refuted claims he raped the late child star Corey Haim, after Haim’s friend and former castmate Corey Feldman made the accusations in a documentary released last week. Haim died from pneumonia and prescription drug abuse aged 38 in 2010. The former teen idol had struggled with drugs for most of his life, leaving him homeless and and co-starting Feldman. But after he turned 20 and grew reliant on drugs, all he was offered were a series of low-budget direct-to-video movies. He entered rehab 15 times and was eventually declared bankrupt at just 26 in 1997. In the following years his weight ballooned by 45kg as he became a recluse, so desperate for cash that he pulled out teeth to sell on eBay.
